You looking to convert the DML kit? The best kit for the F.1 would be the
Eduard one, you can get the weekender kit for less than $20.00, and it
contains both DR1 and F1 tailplane. Also if you buy the DR1 Weekender
photoetch kit it has the metal piece for the lower fuselage with curved
piece of cowl behind the engine as used on the F.1. Decals would be the
only issue but since they are black only you could download the F.1 serial
#'s off the Eduard website or something and print them onto clear decal
paper on a laser copier.

Why would you need one?? It's a pretty straightforward conversion: new
horizontal stab from plastic sheet & strip, slightly re-worked ailerons &
cowling and leave the wingtip skids off.
