Easy way to remember - On Topic is important and deserves Emphasis, while off topic is of little interest and needs only little letters.

Thanks for the tip.  If I can arrest the mental deterioration, I might hang on to it for a week or so.
 
Or, you can rely on the good sense of the listees to figure out what you mean. That'll work for two or three of us anyway ;-)
