[WWI] Web/Mail server OS upgraded

Timed at 31 minutes after Bud sent his post, all's working fine for me.

Although the post I sent 2 minutes after Allan's intial message still hasn't turned up!!

  OK, web server and mailing list are back up after the upgrade. There may
  be some out of sequence messages as the mail queue empties. Thanks for
  you understanding. Hopefully this is the last of the instability for the
  server for a while.
