[WWI] Added:Fokker Eindekker and more!

Stunning models. I like the idea of rigging with metal wire, something I
have tried, drill holes for the wires then glue it in one position only and
insert the wire into the second hole unglued; unfortunately my wife kids
picked up the model and the wires got bent and they are a sod to straighten!

but i do like the blue fuselage band.
