And so, for those of you in the same boat, here's a copy of the
earlier missive. The time span was specifically selected to
accommodate those of us who are judging. I'm coming in Wednesday
afternoon to buy up all the good stuff, so I'll be around most of the
time. Someone mentioned this meeting over on the 'Drome and those
folks would be welcome also—the restaurant has a very nice collection
of OT photos and artifacts which is worth seeing even if you don't
want a beer (do we have anyone in that category??)

Subject: Columbus Nats Listee Meet

Hi guys and ladies/mistresses/dames

Well, your social secretary has been busy :-)

I have reserved space for a listee meet'n'greet'n'eat at the 94th
Aero Squadron Restaurant in Columbus on Friday, 21 August. Here's the
deal: we have a reserved area from 1 pm to 6 pm, so all y'all can
come and go as you like, eat and drink and tour the restaurant's
collection of photos and 'stuff'. Come for lunch or early supper, or
just come to try to drink Doc Tom under the table. Whatever. You can
bring guests/spouses/groupees, etc. and your bill is on your credit
card; except that I will buy each listee a 'welcome' drink.

What better place for us to get together than the 94th Aero Squadron
Restaurant? It's a short, easy drive from the Nats hotel and sits
against the east side of the Columbus Airport fence.

Google "94th aero squadron restaurant+columbus" for directions to get
there.

Looking forward to seeing all my old friends and making some new
friends...

Karen

And yes, the pigeon bus will be in the show
