And I should hope it is "very excellent" as I just pushed over $65 US for it!  Unfortunately for me, I'll soon be starting a Roden DH-2 and could really use a good reference!   Alas, I'll keep looking.

I think it's scheduled for next year, but don't quote me on that. The FE2 monograph has just been published and very excellent it is too.
