[WWI] Import duty

In Belgium, my LVG is "held for clearance" since two days... I'm afraid 
customs will tax me. But my principal anxiety is: how many time will the 
costoms keep my pack for clearing. Actual record: three months for a 
wargame!!!

Paul, vaudoo use is a good idea in such a case...
