[WWI] GWICC in Stockholm

Forgot to say that I met Doug Carrick in Stockholm, we had a good
chat about Spads. Incidentally his favorite is the Spad 13. 
He's still working on the Spad 11/16 drawings, and he'd got a 
bunch of new measurements from Allan Touelle (IIRC), so was pleased
about that. He said that the Wylam drawings are rubbish btw.
He'd noticed that one wingtip on the Spad 16 in Washington is different
to the other, which confirms what I've thought all along that the
whole plane is a bodge job. I think you can see signs of where the
undercarriage was forced up into the fuselage, so I suspect now that
it was groundlooped on it's last flight, which is of course pure speculation,
but FWIW.
It was great to meet him.
