Thanks, Paul. I read in someone's on-line build that they had a similar
problem. So, I guess I shall have to clamp and glue slowly.(Not something I
am good at.)

Mike, sounds like a bad pull from the 
mould. The one I did was very good 
overall, except for some warping. No 
gap, anyway.
