Hi Neil,
I have one nice list member send me a sheet of extra 5-color as help... I am
going to defer to the fugue here, and just use what I have and what has been
sent to me. I will also get some of the Eagle Strike when I order from
Squadron again. :-)

Neither! Get the damn thing finished, use aftermarket decals
they are as good as any one can make. Then build another model.
And just to show I don't follow my own advice, I have made my
own decals for the austrian Albatross I am building now. I
have been testing various undercoats, and I think what you said
about white is sound advice. My home-made decals look much crisper
and have brighter colours with white under.
