Hello all,
I just started the nice Choroszy kit of this small fighter flying boat
designed especially by Josef Mickl for Gottfried Banfield. I intend to make
a quick build (if this is possible with me!) in the final all blue colours
but there are a few things I need to know:
1 - Was the interior varnished wood or painted? Was there any norm for A-H
flying boats?
2 - The seat, was it plywood or aluminium?
3 - Seat belts or not seat belts?
4 - In Martin O' Connor's "Air Aces..." the profile (also on the cover)
shows the wing tip floats painted with the same blue as the rest of the
aircraft; The profile in the kit box shows them as metalic. Who is right?

I don't think I have any photo showing the complete aircraft as painted blue
(with "A11" in black), only one parcial photo in O'Connor's book. "Die
K.U.K. Seeflieger" only has one photo in the previous wood/cdl colours. If
someone has such a photo and could share it with me...
Finaly, in the absence of any new info I intend to go for a wooden interior
with a ply seat and no belts. I still don't know about the floats.
Thanks very much in advance for your opinions!
Carlos
