Ok, I went. Do you feel humored?
I hope this doesn't come out wrong but, dude, if you don't have anything to say, than don't say anything. The web is full of blogs of people who seem to 'talk' just to hear themselves talk. We don't need any more of that. 
If you feel like keeping a journal of how you do things on the bench or the canvas, that would be a benefit to society. Or at least the model building and picture painting part of society. BUt it's obvious you're really busy doing actual work and may not have the time to then explain it all in writing. So, if you've got something you just feel really clever about and want to share it with the world, then share it. Or if you've just got something you really have to tell the world, then tell it. But if you don't feel like you've got anything to say, or share,then don't bother. 
 
Do it for yourself, if you want to.
