 Success at last!
Thank-you all- Allan, John, and Dennis for the help and tips!
My son-in-law, Sascha, unearthed a "Photo Impression" program lurking on my computer and moved it to the desktop for me to find easily. It's a bit of a process, but now I can resize my photos. He also showed me a downloading shortcut to upload my photos from the camera all at once. And I also learned how to rename them.
So I sent in the DH 2 as the first, and I'll try to get some more coming soon.

                                                             J.R. Boye

J.R.,
Look into a compression program for you photos. All of the photos on
my web site are compressed to 30 - 32 k from about 150k. A company
named ULEAD sells a program that I have been using for years. It is not
the same as cropping. I seldom crop a photo. The compression program
makes it possible for people with dial up to load a photo before noon.
Look into it. And I will be looking forward to seeing some of your
models.
