JP,

	It's full name is Ulead Smart Saver Pro 3.0.  I've had it as long as
I've had my web site which will date it to about late 1999 to early
2000.  It could be up to 5.6 by now but mine does exactly what I want it
to do and Ulead has not sent any emails about upgrading.  It's very easy
to use and I cannot tell any less quality of the photo after its been
compressed.  I don't remember it costing a lot of money either.
