Oops! I meant WARBIRDS instead of Wings 72 in that last post! And also, Warbirds kits have no metal parts or decals.

Hi Robert:
I second what has already been said about the vac scene. I also like them a lot.
Wings 72 had a neat little series of one-sheet kits that were fun and simple. Most of them are now covered by injection kits but they included a Snipe, Pfalz D.III and Junkers D.I which I have built. The Junkers was the easiest for me. You could see it in my gallery.
Also in my gallery now is the Martinsyde S.1 by Aeroclub, which was good but not great.
I also liked the Joystick line, which still is the only way to have a model of a lot of interesting planes. Their quality was very good.
I never tried to work with vac-formed pieces such as wheels, struts and propellers, but used metal or injection molded replacements.
Blue Rider also made a Sopwith Comic conversion kit which was basically a vac fuselage intended for use with injection molded wings and other parts from a sacrifice Camel kit. The PE and metal parts made that kit excellent.

P.S. If you come across an extra DFW B.1, Morane-Saulnier L or Bristol C, I am interested...
