Yes, several of us saw it prominantly displayed to the left of the main entrance back in 2005 when MrsT and I were on our east cost whirlwind honeymoon.  We met up with several members of the list at U-H center.

That Nieuport bears a fine rendition of the aluminum tinted colored dope mentioned so often on our French subjects.  Looks alot like the metalic grays (greys) used on the new F-22.
