The only Encore I know of is owned by Squadron and only releases other
manufacturer's kits as far as I know. They sometimes put additional resin
parts in and the decal sheet is usually of very good quality, often worth
the asking price alone. 

I can't see any listings for any Encore kits on Squadron.com though and
there's only one Encore in their manufacturer's drop down list.
