Actually I rather liked the dirty look. I did think it overdone, but then a machine at the front would probably have been dirtier than I would have the guts to make it.

Nicely done, too bad it was on the "too dirty" side. I wonder what
was
intended to represent with the slanted "pipe" on both sides of the
cockpit
interior. Anyway, it is a good model and the modeler has sharp skills, even
if he looked a bit thin on actual references on Nieuports. The Lewis gun is
a jewel!
What do you think of the placement of the chevrons on the wings? Wouldn't
be
correct that they were angled "inward" instead of this
"outward" as the
modeler used it?
