[WWI] Aeromaster Fokker Dr.I Decals

Quite a while ago I bought a set of Aeromaster decals for Dr.Is (Sheet #48-074).  Having recently bought the 1/48 Eduard triplane double kit I went back to the Aeromaster decal sheet to see what I could find.

In looking at the descriptive pages (with drawings) I find that essentially none of the small decals (e.g., "Fokker" logos) are identified as to position.  This leads me to believe that there should have been TWO sheets of descriptions in the set instead of one.  Also, didn't Jasta 2 have white faces on their cowlings?

Am I right?  IF SO, does anyone have the Aeromaster set and could someone scan the sheet for me or send me a xerox copy?

TIA, even if only to tell me that the one sheet is all I get!
