[WWI] Eduard nieuport 17

Has anyone recieved the new "cheap" nieuport 17?  I assume it is from the same mold as the dual combo and Flyboys versions. Does it contain the extra gooodies like 2 upper wings and the 3 different cowlings?  Thanks,  Tim
