Yeah, that's a good true orange. The color books might say you can mix your 
own from red and yellow, but the problem is that alot of the red and yellow 
paints aren't red or yellow enough. Many of the yellows out there have some 
white mixed in to help with opacity problems. That and a red mixes up into a 
strange pinky/fleshy semi-orange that just doesn't have the same "kick" as 
"real"orange.
