I'm reading a book right now that has lots of citations referencing 13th and 
14th century Swedish writings (or what became Swedish) and in some of those 
letters and laws, the same word will be spelled three different ways in the 
same sentence- and not from inflections or grammer reasons.
My brain hurts. Dipthongs are oozing from it.
