Okay, folks. I think I'm ready to get back to work on the Strutter
that's been languishing for far too long. The one thing I need to
accomplish is the "bomb" doors on the side of the fuselage (for those
new to the game, I've been working on a 1/72nd Flashback Sopwith 1.B1
Strutter).
Question to "photoetch Fred". What would it take for you to make me
(us on the list?) a piece of photoetch, like that which already exists
in the Flashback kit, but with the doors in the correct place? If it
requires artwork, is there someone on the list (Diego?) willing to make
that artwork so the photoetch process can work?
What will this all cost - up front and for each piece of photoetch?
There will have to be two distinct parts, since the doors were mirrored
on each side. If it's not too much, I'm willing to cover the up-front
fee so everyone on the list that wants to build an accurate 1.B1 can
partake.
The only other problem with accuracy is the turtledeck, but that's
another part for another time...
Thoughts?
