IIRC that Voss figure was sculpted by Mike Good, and yes, it's stunning. Not that I'm such a MvR fan, it's just that I like well made figures like those included on the Eduard kit, or that Voss figure you mention. Unfortunately, well made figures are also well priced!
BTW at my hobby shop, they tried me to entice me to buy the 1/16 Eduard Manfred, but I find that pose (with the hands in his pockets, like in one picture of him) utterly lame. Eduard has made much, much better with this 1/48 Mafredito.
