[WWI] Added:Albatros W.4 of Red Army

Dimitry - All  planes of Western army were German and almost all pilots were
German veterans of WWI. The identification signs of most planes were
repainted and some planes (such as Junkerses of Saksenberg's squadron)  were
not repainted. I had the numbers of two LVG C.VI of Western Army , the order
No.17 from August 2, 1919, where new identification signs were described and
the photos of Albatros with this signs. So I made the reconstruction of the
plane.
