Hey Dennis,
 
I agree with your wife: they're cute. But seriously, nice job.
 
I smiled when I read your "apology" that this one took you 20 hours, as if it was a shame it took that long. Heck, I spend that much time on just one part. And another 20 hrs on my hands and knees looking for dropped bits!
 
One question: do you think wwi planes were that shiny? Especially things like the exhaust pipes. Have you ever thought about applying a final coat of semi-gloss or even Dullcote? I don't know whether shiny or dull is right. Just wondering out loud.
