[WWI] Nieuport 11 instruments question

For the most part, yes.
 
 " I have seen on the internet where folks have said that it had airspeed,
altimeter, compass etc. ... but I don't think so. Of course stuff could have
been installed in the field. "
 
Could have, yes. 
 
 " Anybody have any Nie 11 cockpit photos showing the instruments?   Oh, one
more thing: seatbelts. I can't find any Nie 11 photos or drawings that show
any seat belts. The way the pilot was crammed into the tiny cockpit I
suspect they didn't need seatbelts. Anybody have any Nie 11 cockpit photos
showing seatbelts? "
