i usually anneal the jackets with a cigarette lighter until they glow red and roll them on the tip of a finger using a reversed microdrill in a handle. the 1/72 part p.e. jackets are so thin and soft you wont't have to anneal them at all, just roll them round the matching drill. cheers, michael
