Something odd about our times (and probably a good sign) is that we can feel
simpathy for a fellow who we've never met in person, yet while we shared a
small part of our lives, our hobby. Perhaps this may lead someday on a
better future, since in times like this one (someone getting killed is a
pretty intense event) we understand that we're much the same than the people
from faraway places.
Just imagine if the soldiers of any war of the past may have been fully
aware that they confronted to others who may have shared the same hobbies,
the same tastes for music (good song, that one, Ernest!) and the same joy
for life, simple or complicated?
