I recall a few articles in about the same topic on Windsock, one of them about "hexing" a bomber (a Gotha? no, think not) and about putting the hex on a white metal Aviatik kit.
Damned if I recall which issue was that published. But both were cool articles.

PS: Grzegorz toook ages to put hex decals to his aviatik. Wonder if he ever finished his model.
