[WWI] Modeling 101 doubt - Micro Sol and Future

Getting the thread bak to life for something I forgot to mention:
after applying Micro-Sol, the decal didn't shrink as it used to do -
does Micro-Sol have an expiry date? I didn't find any info about this
on the bottle...
