Welly boots are entirely appropriate for collecting eggs, those chickens
aren¹t housetrained you know.

Subject: [WWI] Photo shoot question

I just finished up my (ot) 54mm Edward I figure and plan to be taking
pictures of it for an IM article. I've been real impressed with some of the
photography done by some listeroos using a scenic backdrop. I was thinking
I'd like to try and take a picture or two of this figure in from of a scenic
backdrop. Can anyone offer some pointers on how to get the best results
doing this? What's the trick to making the subject a part of the scene as
opposed to just being in front of a picture?

Incidently, while searching google images for a nice photo of the English
countryside, I came across this....

Now I enjoy playing dress-up as much as the next guy. Probably even more
than the next guy. But is this really appropriate attire for gathering eggs?
And do you Brits do this sort of thing all the time?
Could this be Peter Leonard' missus? She looks like someone who would go
with a bloke who wears grass skirts.
