I remember that stuff. It was called "Notox". I recall the lemon smell being so strong and sickly sweet that it made me feel more ill than regular cement! Plus it turned white plastic yellow and as I didn't tend to paint much in those days I wasn't thrilled with the stuff and never bought it again. It wasn't on the market very long if I recall.
