Georges Guynemer's SPAD Vll is high on my agenda (although, following advice on the WW1 website, my first build will probably be an Airfix Pup - I've got three of them, so plenty of spares!).

But, as I live in France, I would like to build a kit to commemorate the Frenchman who, for a while, was thought to be the first person to do a loop and who became the worlds first air ace - Adolphe Pegoud.

But, as I'm yet to discover what type of kite (RAF slang) he flew, let alone it's markings, I'm a bit stumped.

Anyone out there got any ideas / info?

Thanks,

Chris.
