John!
The Elephant had the radiator BEHIND the engine, that's why you see the fuselage as open-ended.
But you can see the engine from there!

        I'm futzing around some old kits. I may start the Classic Plane Elephant. The forward portion of the cowling is not moulded, and the plan view of the nose is vague. Does anyone have a view of the radiator that they'd like to share?-TYIA- John Marganski
