[WWI] Canadian RE8 crew, was Estonian RE8

Thank god for this Canadian inventor, Boston is still putting the DUKW's to 
great use to parade around the Red Sox, Celtic & Patriot players around the 
city whenever they win the championship - around 6 different parades in the 
last 8 years! (but as a NY Giants fan I'm glad there was no Patriots parade 
this year!
