[WWI] Added:Morane L of Narodnaya Armia

As I know Elf makes the wheels of two sizes (1:72) - "for Sopwich" (I used
them for Spad, Fokker D.VIII, Albatros and Sopwich Strutter) and small "for
Nieuport".

           Very nice build, I like it very much along with your Spad. I am
working (very slowly) on an IRAS Nieuport right now. Are the Elf wheels the
wire ones that come with a little rubber tire on them?
