Can't compete with 43 years old, I have a Camel that old but it's not
properly painted like yours.
But the Spad A2 I displayed on our Telford table was 33 years old, and I
also might claim
oldest on the WWI-list gallery for it? At least I can try and claim it.

Subject: [WWI] 43 year old model
In going through my recently passed Stepfather's things we found
a box of built models. I remember modeling at the kitchen table with
Robert and these were the ones he had finished. They have been in that
box for 43 years. There is one OT model. A Revell 1/72 Nie.17.
I remember Bob telling me that Albert Ball had a blue cowl on
his Nieuport and that was how he did it, notwithstanding the French
decals that came in the kit. Those decals yellowed a bit and look more
Belgian than French.
So FWIW here's a 43 year old Nieuport model.
