Quality of his decals aside, I found Glen to be pompous and abrasive. He
even threatened to shut down this list because someone shared an
instruction sheet for his decals here. He didn't contact me and ask that
I take care of it, he started right off with a threat.

This action (burning his remaining stock) doesn't surprise me at all. It
seems to me he didn't really like being in the customer service
business. 

Talent only goes so far.
