[WWI] Fokkers, Albatros and nail polish

In addition to the other stuff mentioned, Polly-S makes this stuff called ELO,
Easy Lift Off. I have used it to remove enamel and acrylics as well as decals
without incident. Not sure about nail polish, but it wouldn't surprise me. As
for the pink color, I remember reading in Quentin Reynolds' book that in early
WWI there was an "urban legend" about a German pilot who flew a pink airplane.
Not sure of the cowl color, however!
