[WWI] 1/144 scale WWI aircraft

Hei,

I have a couple of SRAMs including the Sopwith Baby and BE2e.
The masters are decent and the casting reasonable, the problem is that a
small air bubble that would not be much of a problem in an 1:72 or 1:48
kit can take out a sizeable part of the wing or other important detail.

WW1 kits are simply so small that imprefections in 1:144 are so much more
of a problem to deal with than in larger scales.
Also engines and other detail parts suffers from castings not 100% sharp
and it is a lack of donor kits for guns, wheels and rotaries.

Try one or two SRAM kits first - not even the Czech shops have the full
range in stock and have to get them from the producer.
