Yes, that's an unique feature of Spads VII and XIII, as far as I know.
Besides, Spads were flown just by pilots who were members of a secret
organization, and to recognize amongst themselves they had a platypus
tatooed in their left bottom cheek.
That last part is what I made up.
The bleuprints shall be sent off list!
