[WWI] Gloss and flat finishes The solution

Testors makes two lines of products. Their regular line, and their
premium line (called Model Master).

The Black and silver rattle cans with green or blue stripes are the
Model Master line. I actually highly prefer the Black-only cans with
yellow stripe called 'Dullcote' from their non-premium line over their
Model Master "Flat Laquer" black and silver can.

I buy the cheap-line Dullcote from my LHS by the 3-pack. They don't
normally carry it, but if I order 3 at a time they'll special order it
for me.
