[WWI] Gloss and flat finishes

I agree with the comments about the Polly Scale (old Polly s and
AeroMaster is the same thing) clear flat. It can also be mixed with
Future (now Pledge) for any finish from dead float to high gloss.
Gunze clear flat is a good alternative. In addition, their Flat Base
can be added to any of their gloss colors to obtain a flat version.
Do Not try to spray Flat Base on as a flat finish, disastrous things
will happen.
