[WWI] Gloss and flat finishes

My favorite is, testors dullcote. Not the flat laquer, the cheap-o
dullcote in the black can with the yellow label. Shake well and rotate
your stock. 

I've found the model master flat laquer to be in all ways inferior to
the 'cheap' stuff in the can with the yellow band on it.
