His reasoning is flawed; it is not possible to say with any certainty what
colours are based on b & w photos. And what's his source for "One of Voss's
mechanics recalled that the first prototypes were painted with a Yellow
cowl, then later changed to dark green."? I have never seen that before in
all my readings of Voss and the Dr.1. They were delivered either in natural
metal or olive green to the best of my knowledge.
