" since many modellers routinely sand all the detail off the wings and
replace it with something. "

I'm only aware of folks doing that when the wing detail that is on the kit
is either bad, or incorrect in the number of ribs, etc.

" Warny is a chiiicken. Warny is a chiiiicken. Warny is a chiiiicken. "

No, Warny has very little room to display kits, and a small pocket book.
Therefore $20.00 for two 1/72nd Eduard Nieuports with extremely restrained,
and realistic, wing rib detail is the ticket for me. Nie.17 ribs are not
very prominent, at least on the examples I am modeling.

<<Gotta go to class in a bit.>>

" This time pay close attention to what the teacher says and try not to
fall asleep in class again. I believe in you Warren. I'm pullin' fer ya. I
know you can get your GED if you just hang in there. "

Actually tonight's class is on how to judge bibliographic resources of a
legitimate nature. I've already had one tirade on the class discussion board
because we were supposed to evaluate history.com for its usefulness.
Everyone gushed about it, and I tore it to pieces. Hope my professor doesn't
like history.com. :o
