Would there be a significant difference between those used on the Camel and those on the Ni.28?

I have a photo of the Camel being towed by a two-wheeled donkey cart back to the dock, to be loaded on a barge for transport back to the USS Texas (on maneuvers off Cuba, 1920). Unfortunately, the hydrovane can't be seen. I may be confusing the Camel with the Nie.28 being similarly used on the Arizona, but it seems that the Squadron "In Action" book had some photos. Of course, I can't find it, if I still have it.
