No one I'm afraid, you can't get them as far as I'm aware (and I've looked).
You can get a limited number of roundels and iron crosses (Skytrex do some,
another manufacturer whose name I can't remember also does them), but 1/144
is not well served for WWI decals. SRAM don't include lozenge decals with
any of their kits as far as I am aware. Many of their decals are pretty poor
anyway. My plan is to scan some 1/72 ones, reduce them and print on decal
paper.
