[WWI] Added:Albatros D.III

Hi Charles:

I have built a few Roden D.III and have had to scribe the panel lines.  I 
don't use a scriber because I find it slips too easily.  Instead, I use a 
regular pin, cut off the pin head and put it into a pin-vice that I have for 
drills.  To make the lines, I use Dymo tape with some of the stickiness 
taken off by putting it against my forehead.
